Preliminary Information Form and Distance Sales Agreement

A. Preliminary Information Form

Essential features of the service: the Yanı Başımda paid membership; preparing the wedding venue and table layout, seating guests at tables, seating rules, the seating plan published for guests and the QR-code table finder page, printing, seating chart design, uploading your own image to the invitation, removing the Yanı Başımda link from the invitation page and optionally hiding the logo, and reading names from a photo. The guest list and the invitation and RSVP form are free and independent of the membership; the free invitation shows the logo and a link to the site.

Total price: the amount shown on the payment page according to the wedding date you choose and confirmed by you on the Stripe payment page; taxes are included. There are no additional charges, delivery fees or deposits. If you use a discount code, the discounted amount is shown on the Stripe payment page.

Payment: taken in a single payment by credit/debit card via Stripe. The membership does not renew automatically.

Performance: the membership starts when the payment is confirmed. Editing tables and the venue becomes available one month before your wedding date (if your wedding is less than a month away, it opens at the time of payment). The membership ends at the end of the wedding day, regardless of the payment date.

Right of withdrawal: you may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days of payment and get back the full amount you paid; no refund is made after 14 days have passed. Details are in clause B.6 below.

Complaints and objections: to us, using the contact details above; in disputes, you may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee (Tüketici Hakem Heyeti) or the Consumer Court (Tüketici Mahkemesi) at your place of residence.

B.1 Parties

Seller: Codeo Solutions Limited (a company registered in England and Wales, company number 14645731), Gallants Farm, Gallants Lane, East Farleigh, Maidstone ME15 0LF, United Kingdom. Buyer: the consumer who creates an account on Yanı Başımda and purchases a membership in their own name; first name, last name and e-mail details are as registered in their account.

B.2 Subject

The subject of this agreement is the rights and obligations of the parties relating to the sale and performance of the Yanı Başımda paid membership purchased by the Buyer electronically. The Preliminary Information Form above and the Terms of Use form an integral part of this agreement.

B.3 Price and payment

The price is the amount, including taxes, shown on the payment page and confirmed on the Stripe payment page. Payment is taken in a single payment; there are no instalments and no automatic renewal.

B.4 Performance

Upon confirmation of payment, the Seller opens the paid features in the Buyer's account according to the schedule set out in the Preliminary Information Form. As the wedding date determines the membership period, it cannot be changed after payment.

B.5 Obligations of the parties

• The Seller provides the service with care and in accordance with the Terms of Use.
• The Buyer enters their account details and wedding date accurately and uses the service in accordance with the Terms of Use.

B.6 Right of withdrawal

The Buyer may withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of the date on which the agreement was concluded (the payment was made), without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. This right is not affected by the paid features having been opened or used within this period. It is sufficient for the Buyer to give notice of withdrawal in writing within this period, from the e-mail address registered to their account, to destek@yanibasimda.co.

The Seller refunds the full amount paid, to the card used for payment, within 14 days of the date on which the notice of withdrawal reaches it. Upon withdrawal the paid features are switched off; the guest list can continue to be used free of charge.

After the 14-day period has passed, the right of withdrawal and refund requests are not accepted.

B.7 Resolution of disputes

This agreement is governed by Turkish law. In disputes, the Consumer Arbitration Committee at the Buyer's place of residence has jurisdiction within the monetary limits announced by the Turkish Ministry of Trade, and the Consumer Courts for disputes exceeding those limits.

B.8 Entry into force

The agreement is concluded when the Buyer confirms on the payment page that they have read the Preliminary Information Form and accept this agreement, and completes the payment. The text of the agreement is always accessible on this page and can be printed; the version you accepted is stored with its date in your payment record.
