Terms of Use

1. Parties and definitions

• Service provider: Codeo Solutions Limited (a company registered in England and Wales, company number 14645731), Gallants Farm, Gallants Lane, East Farleigh, Maidstone ME15 0LF, United Kingdom ("Codeo", "we").
• "Service": all features at yanibasimda.co, including the wedding seating plan, guest list, invitation, seating chart and guest pages.
• "User" or "you": the person who creates an account. A user signing up for their own wedding, a planner who opens client accounts and a client account opened by a planner all fall within this definition.
• "Guest": a person added to the guest list who opens the sharing or invitation link. Guests do not open accounts; these terms govern your responsibility towards your guests.

2. Account

• To open an account you must be over 18 and provide accurate information.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for actions taken through your account. If you notice any unauthorised use, tell us immediately.
• A planner is responsible for the accuracy of the details of the client accounts they open and for informing their clients of these terms.

3. Scope of the service

• The guest list is free. The invitation and RSVP form can also be used free of charge; with free use, the invitation page your guests see shows the Yanı Başımda logo and a link to our site. The venue and table layout, seating rules, publishing, the QR-code table finder page, printing, seating chart design, uploading your own image to the invitation, removing the link from the invitation page and optionally hiding the logo, and reading names from a photo require a paid membership.
• With a paid membership, editing tables and the venue opens one month before your wedding date; the membership ends at the end of the wedding day. The wedding date cannot be changed after payment.
• Reading names from a photo is done with artificial intelligence; names read may be inaccurate and must be checked by you before being added to the list. The number of uses of this feature per account is limited.
• We may change, add or remove features to improve the service. We maintain the essential features of the membership you paid for (preparing and sharing a seating plan) throughout your membership period.

4. Fees and payment

• The membership fee is a one-off payment; it is not a subscription and does not renew automatically.
• The fee is set according to the time remaining until your wedding date (booking early is cheaper). The applicable amount is shown on the payment page and includes taxes.
• Payment is taken on Stripe's secure payment page; your card details do not reach us. Discount codes are applied only on the Stripe payment page.
• Refunds: within 14 days of payment, without giving any reason, you may request a refund of the full amount paid by writing to destek@yanibasimda.co; the refund is made to the card used for payment within 14 days. No refund is made after 14 days have passed. This rule also applies to payments a planner makes for client accounts; in that case the refund switches off the paid features of the client account concerned.
• For consumers purchasing a membership in their own name, preliminary information and the right of withdrawal are additionally governed by the Preliminary Information Form and Distance Sales Agreement.

5. Your content and guest information

• The information you enter in your plan (guest names, groups, notes, images) belongs to you. We process it only to provide the service to you.
• You accept that you enter your guests' names only for the purpose of organising the wedding and that you have given them the necessary information about this.
• Once a plan is published, anyone who knows the sharing link can see the guest list and seating plan. You are responsible for who you share the link with. Seating rules (such as "keep apart") are never published.
• You accept that you hold the necessary rights to the logos and images you upload.

6. Unacceptable use

• Upload content that is unlawful, infringes the rights of others or is harmful,
• Extract content or data from the service using automated systems or software without a written agreement with us,
• Try to circumvent security measures (bot protection, access rules, the payment step),
• Use another person's account or sharing link without authorisation,
• Overload the service in a way that prevents it from working.

7. Intellectual property

The service and the software, design, text, images, templates and trademarks in it belong to Codeo or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. You may use them only within the framework of these terms, for your own wedding plan. You may not remove copyright and ownership notices, or reproduce, modify, publish or use the service or its content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

8. Continuity of the service

• The service will be accessible without interruption at all times,
• It will be compatible with every device or software you use,
• It will be error-free or completely free of malicious software.

9. Liability

• We are liable to you for damage arising directly from our breach of these terms. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damage, loss of profit or business interruption.
• Our liability for intent, gross negligence, fraud, death or personal injury and other cases where liability cannot be limited by law is reserved. The statutory rights you have as a consumer are not limited by these terms.
• We back up your plan data regularly; nevertheless, we recommend keeping a printed copy for the wedding day.

10. Termination and account deletion

• You can ask for your account to be deleted at any time by writing to destek@yanibasimda.co. Deletion also permanently deletes your plan data.
• We may suspend or close accounts that seriously breach these terms. Client accounts opened by a planner may also be deactivated by the planner.
• When the membership period ends, your plan becomes read-only.

11. Personal data and cookies

The processing of your personal data is described in the Privacy Notice (KVKK) and the use of cookies in the Cookie Policy; both form part of these terms.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We announce significant changes on the site or by e-mail before they take effect. The terms of a membership that has already been paid for are not changed to your detriment during its term.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Turkish law. Consumers may apply, in disputes, to the Consumer Arbitration Committees (Tüketici Hakem Heyeti) at their place of residence within the monetary limits set each year by the Turkish Ministry of Trade, and to the Consumer Courts (Tüketici Mahkemesi) for disputes exceeding those limits.
